Shipping Policy:
Free shipping to the lower 48 States for purchases totaling over $99. Purchases under $99 will be assessed a shipping rate based on estimated weight. Orders generally ship within 1 – 3 business days after the order is placed. Shipments are normally originated from Utah, however occasionally products may ship from other locations in the US. Shipping time periods may also be affected if the purchase was made on or near a holiday. If two or more items were purchased in a single transaction, items may arrive at their destination in separate packages. Mountain Peaks Motorsports primary shipping carriers are FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO SHIP USING THE REQUESTED METHOD, HOWEVER IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GUARANTEE THAT YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP USING THAT METHOD. If it is a premium method and we are not able to ship using that method, we will refund the difference in the cost of the premium shipping service and notify you of the change. This may occur if we have the manufacturer/distributor ship direct to you and they do not offer that shipping method.

If there is a problem with an order or a product is out of stock, we will try to notify you within 24 hour.

We are willing to ship internationally. International shipments may require 1 – 4 business days processing time before the item ships. International buyers will pay estimated shipping charges WITH NO FREE SHIPPING BEING OFFERED ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. International payments must be made using PayPal. We cannot accept international credit cards.

Returns:
Please contact us to get prior authorization before returning any items. Items being returned for a refund must be in new condition and in original packaging. Also, items must be sent back with shipping paid by customer; no C.O.D.`s will be accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
